The Core Four
Every drop has its own lineup, but these four come out of the kitchen every time. Each cookie is a generous four ounces, baked the week you pick it up.

The cookie you hoped was waiting when you walked through the door. Thick and soft-centered, with milk and dark chocolate, homemade toffee, and a finish of flaky sea salt.

Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and no adult supervision. The dough changes color with the season, and so does the surprise inside.
This October: pink, for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

A thick, soft princess-vanilla cookie with pink-and-white frosted animal cookies, rainbow sprinkles, and white chocolate. The grown-up version of the bag you used to beg for.

Cookie butter in the dough, white chocolate throughout, cookie butter drizzled on top, and a whole Biscoff pressed in like it’s always lived there. The one to eat slowly while the coffee’s still hot.

This month’s special
A soft banana pudding cookie made with ripe banana and French vanilla, finished with a Nilla Wafer and white chocolate. It only comes out once a month, so when it’s on the menu, don’t wait.

Our story
I spent more than ten years in luxury hospitality, at the Four Seasons Austin and The Loren, learning that the best experiences are the ones nobody rushes. Then my daughter arrived, and I chose to be home with her.
The Butter Hour started in that same home kitchen, during the quiet hours. Small batches, real butter, good chocolate, and recipes that carry my family in them. The Last Spoonful is for my Grandma Emma, who always saved me the last spoonful of banana pudding. It went on to win Best Signature Cookie at Austin Cookie Fest, twice over.
We bake twice a month because that’s the pace that lets me do it properly. Consider this your permission to slow down.
